Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded between [Craman UG] (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and our customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer" or "you").

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

2.1. Our offers on the website constitute a non-binding invitation to order. A contract is only concluded when we accept your order.

2.2. We store the contract text and can send it to you upon request.

Prices and Payment Terms

3.1. All prices on our website include the applicable value-added tax.

3.2. Payment is made according to the payment methods specified on our website. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

4.1. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by you. Please refer to the respective product description on our website for the delivery time.

4.2. The shipping costs are specified in the product description and vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. You have a legal right of withdrawal. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

5.2. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you as the customer bear the cost of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to what was ordered or are defective.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Craman UG until full payment has been made.

Warranty and Liability

7.1. The statutory warranty provisions apply.

7.2. We are only liable for damages in cases of gross negligence or willful intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it involves damages arising from the violation of life, body, or health.

Data Protection The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.

Final Provisions 9.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

9.2. If individual provisions of these GTC are or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. In place of the ineffective provision, a provision that most closely achieves the economic purpose of the ineffective provision shall apply.

9.3. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Craman UG, provided you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code.
